Anjali is a 1st generation South Asian (Indian) community midwife. She learned midwifery in Miami, Florida and moved to the Bay Area in 2017.

I am a second generation Korean-American Licensed Midwife, Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and mom to two wonderful kids, both born at home with midwives. It is my privilege to provide holistic, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based care.

I'm a Certified Professional Midwife and Licensed Midwife (WI) who strives to provide whole-person care, marrying aspects of clinical assessment and traditional, earth-based healing. I seek to support clients in their process of connecting with themselves as the experts in their own bodies and achieving their visions for the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences.

I am a Bay Area native, mother of two young adults, maker of comfort foods and leather earrings, and midwife striving to bring agency and empowerment back to birth. I believe in growing my own food, loving hard, and am constantly striving to find better work life balance.

I have come into the birth space as a doula, as a birth assistant, as a primary student midwife catching the baby, and as a laboring person! I hope to encourage more AAPI birth workers and clients into this birth work too.

I am passionate about women’s health’s and education! I also love to cook and eat :)
