Debbie is a rehab specialist with Pilates and yoga training. She specializes in working with pregnant and postpartum clients, and has experience with pelvic and back pain, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and deep core re-connection.

Dr. Paige Yang is a doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. She was born and raised in Hawai'i and attended college on the U.S. mainland before moving to China for two years. During her time in China she was inspired to pursue a degree in TCM and returned to San Francisco where she earned her Master's and Doctorate degrees from American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
